Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations: If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours. Last minute cancellations will be required to pay 50% of the service fee in order to book again at Northern Roots.
•No call/no show: No call, no shows are required to pay 100% of the service fee in order to book again at Northern Roots.
